1-2-1 Coaching


1-2-1 coaching sessions – the first session includes the initial consultation, movement screen and basic strength testing.

This enables appropriate programming to be delivered at your level and aimed towards your specific needs.

Sessions take place either in Finsbury Park or London Fields. Further sessions are charged monthly, based on the rate shown here and an agreed number of monthly sessions going forwards.
