A bit more about me:
My passion is helping people improve their health and fitness by providing them with the tools they need to move better, get leaner, stronger and feel great! As a coach its not just about taking you through every session because you have paid – it is about meeting you where you’re at NOW, and then coaching you through a process until you get where YOU WANT TO BE!
Our aim is the help you live a healthy, balanced lifestyle where you can take full advantage of the opportunities the world offers without being restricted by poor movement, lack of strength or injury. Achieving balance in and out of the gym is a priority, our programmes are specifically designed around each individual to fit in with their lifestyle choices.
I want to be able to coach to the highest standards by providing accurate and evidence based information. I am continually developing my skills and learning with thanks to Lift the bar mentoring and the Combined Strength Group to be able to provide this level of support to my clients.
